Hormones are involved in pretty much every aspect of our lives - our daily moods, energy levels, our digestion, mental cognition, our immediate physical health and immunity - hormones are even central players in our relationships, including our relationship with ourselves!
This four month, 1:1 program was created for people who know they will benefit from supporting their menstrual cycle with nutrition, intuitive eating, herbs, strategic supplementation, stress management and improving their relationship with food.
It’s a great option for anyone struggling with hormone-related symptoms, and is especially great for neurodivergent people who also would like to improve their hormone health.

ADHD and Intuitive Eating Nutrition Program
If you have ADHD and struggle to consistently nourish yourself, this three month 1:1 program was created for you.
Together, we go over what eating for ADHD can look like for you and create a personalized strategy for how to make this a reality.
Most health care professionals will recommend a nutritious diet for ADHD, because the ADHD brain thrives when it has consistent access to nutrient-dense food. However, eating foods that make you feel good, that you also enjoy eating without experiencing overwhelm with all the preparation, and that are cost-effective is easier said than done - that’s where I come in.
In this program, you will learn about and have full support with:
How to eat consistently in ways that nourish the ADHD brain
How to apply Intuitive Eating principles to your everyday life
How to take the overwhelm out of grocery shopping
How to prepare meals and snacks that you like and make you feel good in ways that work for you
Learning about the links between blood sugar modulation and ADHD symptoms
Improving your relationship with food
Creating personalized and flexible structures around meals and snacks
Making food a source of joy and nourishment - not another daily struggle
